When using the "Add Site Wizard" the first dialog is asking for the site address. Blogg-X is expecting it to be in the following format:

www.iobinary.com

The "http://" is not needed and is added by Blogg-X automatically. What if your site is located at:

http://www.iobinary.com/joomlasite/

Then in the site address block of the wizard you would enter:

www.iobinary.com/joomlasite/
