The Publisher, Administrator and Super Adminstrator user levels all have the same access within Blogg-X. This means they are able to view. edit, move to trash and permanately delete posts. The Author user level is restriced to only submitting posts as unpublished which is defined in Blogg-X as "Submit for Publishing". Authors are also restriced to only loading previous posts that they have authored. Also Authors have no options for moving items to the trash or permanately deleting posts.
